30-day returns and exchanges
You can request a return for a refund or a replacement within 30 calendar days of delivery, including if you change your mind. We also accept returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
For a change-of-mind return, please keep the product unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and tags. These change-of-mind conditions do not prevent you from contacting us about a fault discovered after opening or using a product.
Free returns and replacements
Return shipping and replacement delivery are free. There is no restocking fee. Contact us before sending your item so that we can arrange a free collection and provide the return instructions and any required prepaid return label. Please do not send a return to our office without arranging it with us first.
How to request a return
- Email support@trucarefzc.com or call +971 50 410 3201 within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please include photos or a video where possible.
- Our team will arrange your free return collection and confirm the return instructions.
Refunds within 7 days
We will inspect your returned item and process your refund to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of receiving the return. We will send a confirmation when the refund is processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Store credit is not required in place of a refund.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead. If you have not received a refund confirmation within 7 days after we receive your return, please contact us.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage caused by improper installation or handling. Contact us for help with a manufacturing fault even if the 30-day return window has passed.
