Shipping policy

babybjorn-arabia.ae is operated by Trucare FZC. We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.

Delivery times

United Arab Emirates: 2 working days.
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar: 4 working days.

These are estimated delivery times for in-stock orders. Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time (UTC+4) on a working day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day; the delivery estimate starts from that processing day. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping charges

UAE: free shipping on all orders.

For Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, the following charges apply:

Order value below AED 300: AED 99 shipping.
Order value of AED 300 or more: AED 199 shipping.

The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. For deliveries outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees, where applicable, are not included in the shipping charge and are payable by the customer.

Order tracking and delivery support

Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking information by email and/or SMS. If you need a tracking update, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team with your order number.

Public holidays, customs clearance, severe weather, remote locations or an incomplete delivery address may cause delays. If a delay affects your order, we will notify you and help resolve it.

Returns and replacements

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping and replacement delivery are free, with no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7 calendar days of receiving your return. Please read our return and refund policy for conditions and instructions.
